Prayers 1/10

Dear Lord, as we move into the autumn and winter seasons, many families will find the coming months hard to manage. They will struggle to provide heat and food, even in this country where we are blessed with comfort.

Please give those people who provide help and support the wisdom, knowledge and humility they need. Help us to encourage those people who have more than they need to recognise their role in helping others in any way they can. Amen.
